Yes, our Ms. Shelley has indeed been very busy. I’ve uploaded two new events to the gallery (the screencaps are STILL coming I promise you) and can we say stunning? I really want to raid her closet; such killer style.

Here’s our first event from Ms. Shelley at the Total Woman Gym & Spa event looking gorgeous. The image size is so small and I hope in time I’m able to replace them with something larger.

Shelley and the majority of her Days co-stars attended an event in honor of Ken Corday and his Days Of Our Lives Book Launch! It’s in stores now so make sure you stop by your local bookstore and pick up a copy! She looks so beautiful.

Shelley & her Days co-stars and friends Molly Burnett (Melanie) and Casey Deidrick (Chad) all went up to Big Bear and had a blast. They shared their photos with Soap Opera Digest and we’ll have that uploaded for you soon (I already have a mass upload of scans coming).

Good news! We finally find out that the Daytime Emmy Awards WILL be televised. Thanks to We Love Soaps for this write-up!

The 37th Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards will be broadcast Sunday, June 27 (9:00-11:00 Live, PM, ET/delayed PT) from the Las Vegas Hilton in Las Vegas on the CBS Television Network. This is the first time the awards ceremony will take place in Las Vegas.

“The Daytime Emmy Awards are one of the cornerstones of our business and we are thrilled to be back on CBS,” said Herb Granath, Chairman, National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS). “Last year’s show was one of the most entertaining events in our history, and this year’s Las Vegas-based broadcast promises to be even more exciting.”

Associated Television International (ATI) will produce the show with ATI President and Emmy Award winner David McKenzie serving as executive producer. “After last year’s Daytime Emmy Awards, we are delighted to be working with NATAS again,” said McKenzie. “Being on the top-rated network gives us the opportunity to reach a wide audience and moving the show to Las Vegas allows us a dazzling range of production choices.”

In this week’s Soap Opera Digest the soap magazine pays tribute to a Days Legend, Ms. Frances Reid who played Alice Horton since day one. Ms. Reid passed away last month and at that time SOD spoke with many of her Days family and they recalled fond memories of her which they continuously updated their site with throughout the week.

Well in the magazine we have a true tribute and Shelley is apart of it. You’ll be able to read her words and others. We really can’t wait to see th tribute Days has planned for this amazing woman.
