Felisha Terrell OUT; Lindsay Hartley IN! I was incredibly saddened last week when Colleen told me on my way home that Felisha had been let go in favor of Passions fan favorite Lindsay Hartley to replace her. She was a great find and I enjoyed her scenes with everyone especially Eric. I believe Felisha is destined to go on to bigger and better – she did do a guest episode of HBO’s hit series, Entourage!
Louise Sorel is COMING BACK! You may be like me and not know who this woman really is but she plays
a fan favorite by the name of, Vivian Alamain. I hear she is a enemy of Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Carly’s (Crystal Chappell). So I am really excited to see her return in late September and watch her shake up some things.
If I hear anything else I’ll be sure to update! Days is pulling out all the stops in hopes of getting renewed. It should happen since they have continuously improved and even beat the ABC soaps!
So I read We Love Soaps daily and he posted some new information about the emmys for this year. It will not be on ABC, CBS or NBC this year, instead it will air on The CW so make sure you check your TV Guide Channel to make sure you have it! They won the bid to air the show since ABC and CBS opted not to air it (NBC has opted out of broadcasting this years ago due to the network only a recieving handful of nominations over the years).
Vanessa Williams will be hosting the Daytime Emmy Entertainment Awards on August 30 on The CW at 8pm ET from the historic Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles.
Lara Spencer and Kevin Frazier will be hosting the Red Carpet show before the telecast on The CW. [Source]
I can’t wait to see what Shelley wears this year – 2008 was my favorite last year with her Nick V. stunning gown. Also, let’s hope she is able to present an award!
I will be doing a major update soon of caps and scans from the usual magazines that have featured Ms. Shelley in them. So continuously check back for those updates! We didn’t have a ton of Stephanie which will make the capping process a little easier but what we did have of her was great and sounds like some fun stuff is coming up!

Roger N. of We Love Soaps has a new post up about a possible pre-emption of Days on Tuesday due to the mass media coverage of the funeral for Michael Jackson. So read more below.
ABC, NBC, Fox, CNN, MSNBC, E! Entertainment and TV Guide Network plan to carry the Michael Jackson memorial service live at 10am PT (1pm ET) on Tuesday. ABC and NBC will pre-empt regularly scheduled daytime programming for live coverage.
CBS News will broadcast THE EARLY SHOW live from Staples on Tuesday. CBS has not definitively said they will air live coverage of the memorial (yet). [We Love Soaps]
