Finally, I got a chance to upload the two scans I was telling you about, huge thanks to Colleen who scanned and sent them in. The Beauty Pageant Winners Common Bonds and Summer of Romance article that had an inset picture of Shelley and Darin.
My deepest apologies for not getting them up sooner – I’m usually prompt with this, I’ve been helping my aunt decorate her classroom in time for school (she starts next week). So they’re in there and we’ll have a lot of downtime since we won’t get to see Stax in Paris for about another week due to the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
I got my SOD today and Shelley was in it. The soap magazine decided to find the Common Bond between soap opera stars and there’s a lot!
Shelley was listed under Beauty Pageant Winners – becasue she was Miss Teen USA 2004. Speaking of that I still have images I need to upload from I believe when Shelley was crowned Miss Louisiana Teen, but alas they are on my computer at work. I’ll upload them on Wednesday for sure when I go back.
Shelley was on DAYS yesterday, and you can download that clip at the Video Vault HERE. You do have to register to have access to the Video Vault.
Wow that was scary… sorry about the wonky way the site looked before. I was in the site last night fixing things up and it must have messed up our script so that’s why that’s all you could see. But the ever wonderful Tathy helped me restore the site back to its original state.
Yes indeedy, I’ve been having a blast learning how to do a lot of things in the Media Vault and I’m getting better! I added a lot of Shelley related videos today.
I’ve added 3 videos of Shelley inside the 35th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. each table had a camera that they used and uploaded the flicks to SOAPnet.
The Extra: Trend Shopper segment Shelley did for IT Cosmetics was uploded as well and if you didn’t see it on the website it’s in the media vault.
Finally, I’ve added Shelley’s piece on TV Guide’s Soap’s Sexiest Women.

Well as per NBC.com Ms. Hennig will be hosting the 2008 Miss Teen USA Pageant!
I hadn’t heard anything before today about Shelley and if she’d be involved with it again this year, last year she was a judge and to jump from that to Host in the span of a year is nothing but awesome. I’m so happy for her but at the same time I’m POed at NBC, because if I remember correctly we the audience at home won’t be able to see the telecast this year, but should some amazing occurance happen and we be able to - SSO will provide you with clips and screencaps of the event.
