A huge thanks goes to Debbie for bringing this clip to my attention.  The Insider.com has done a segment on the daytime sudser titled, ‘Days’ Hunks Hit the Beach!’  It’s a behind-the-scenes look at the Days Summer of Romance upcoming storylines… with Darin (Max), Shelley, Kristen (Morgan) and Jay (Phillip) and of course one of the ultimate romances on the show Bo and Hope - we’ll be getting some Stax pretty soon. So yay!  Again a big thanks to Debbie for the tip and my girl tathy for getting the video for the site.

I saw this during the telecast of the 2008 Miss Universe pagent and was hoping that Drea would be able to get it for DOOLWeb and in turn I’d be able to get it from her (still might happen that way) for the site.  But alas, the good folks on NBC.com/Days have uploaded the Weekly Promo to their site and I’ll embed and share it here.  Are you ready?  Summer starts…now.

The TV Guide Network debuted yet another one of their countdown specials, Soaps’ Sexiest Women, and this time our very own Shelley was on the list!  The special was hosted by The Young and the Restless’ Kristoff St. John (Neil) and will reair tonight at 12 a.m. (EST).

We’ll attempt to get a clip so that we’ll have caps and the clip for you all.

Sorry about the gallery being offline – we had to change around the gallery layout so that the new one could go up.  It’s up and my friends Leslie (the designer, thank you amiga!) and Jen (she helped me code it, wonderful skills) – it may look a little weird to us users who view the site in IE because almost all of the categories are in the center (at least when I see it) but she has FF so everything lines up right.

But we still hope you like it.

Ok onto my message – I’m a little sick right now so I don’t know how early I can get most of the caps up – todays caps will be added in a few and tomorrow’s will probably go up in the morning after I get to work and get the episode but we’ll see how I do.  

I would have added them earlier but I got a few calls at work that delayed me.  All of the July caps (to-date) of Stephanie are up in the gallery.  I will be uploading 2 more dates from June (the 25th and 30th) and then it’ll all be updated.

I may do the last two caps here at work after I clip the show down to just her parts.

If you haven’t noticed over the past week I’ve updated a ton of stuff with more work being done continuously.  I’m still in the midst of transfering all of the screencaps into their own folder by date – so that will be done (hopefully) by mid-August; if I work on it daily and a lot it’ll be done sooner since I want to add a lot of clips to the gallery – now these will be sans pictures (i.e. preview pictures for the date) for the moment but they’ll have the date listed beneath it.

I’ll also be uploading new scans to the gallery of Shelley/Stephanie from SOD/SOW.

 10 screencaps of the SOAPnet Up Next: Days promo/teaser have been uploaded.  I’ve waited for them to add Shelley on it since they revamped all of their line-ups.  They’re all in the gallery.

I also uploaded 2 pics from the It Cosmetics site to the gallery.  You can view them when you can.

Thanks to the wonderful Drea who got the brand new (and longer) promo of the SOR.  I’ve added 55 caps to the gallery from said promo – its really cute.  I love that Days is pulling out all the stops with this seemingly big budget shoot.  It looks like things for Stax will not kick off until July 11.  In somewhat storyline related news, Days has casted Max’s half-sister, Melanie.

I can’t wait til she debuts and shares some screentime with max and Stephanie (let’s hope they get along).
